For this purpose, the platform offers various services that require the processing of personal data, e.g. the organisation of events and conferences, consultation and organisation of working groups, sending out a newsletter and disseminating information via social media, the collection and processing of relevant publications and the creation of own publications, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The Austrian Platform for Research and Technology Policy Evaluation collects and processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, DSG, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you in accordance with Art 13 and Art 14 GDPR about the most important aspects regarding the collection and processing of personal data within the scope of our activities.<\/p>\n<h2>Individual processing operations<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Data collection on our website<\/h3>\n<p>Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. In any case, the data will be kept until the end of the event and its follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>Certain data may be passed on to cooperation partners if this is necessary for the successful running of the event.
