From autumn 2023, the fteval platform will offer the evaluation community three basic modules on evaluation in the field of research, technology and innovation policy. The three modules can be booked individually, but refer to each other. The Executive Board announces that Isabella Wagner will take over the position of Managing Director of the Austrian Platform for Research and Technology Policy Evaluation (fteval) as of October 2023. With this appointment, she will not only be the first woman at the top of the fteval platform, but will also take on a central role in the further development and management of the organisation. In light of rapid technological advancements, an fteval working group has been established to explore the impacts and potentials of new AI-based tools for the evaluation system.
