There is a triangulation between the assessment to be made, the methods in question and the information available (which mostly includes quantitative as well as qualitative data).

The UNESCO Evaluation Office is inviting expressions of interest (EoIs) from qualified individuals to undertake an evaluation of the UNESCO Human Resources Management Strategy 2017-2022. The main objective of this evaluation is to assess the implementation of the 2017-2022 HRM Strategy and to issue findings relevant to the development of the new draft HRM Strategy 2023-2027.
